The Moujen ME-8108L is a mini limit switch with an adjustable roller lever from the ME series. The lever length can be set to suit the gap between the switch and the moving part, and the roller at its tip turns as a cam passes rather than scraping, so the trip point stays consistent over long cycle counts.

The 90 degree actuator travel means the lever can be positioned to meet the target from a wide range of angles without relocating the switch body. That matters in tight assemblies where there is no room to move the mounting.

The body is dust proof, oil tight and water resistant to IP65, with stainless steel internals. It is rated 5A at 250V AC and 0.4A at 115V DC for resistive loads, with an operating speed range from 0.5mm to 50m per second. UL and CE approvals cover it for export machinery.

FAQ,s

What is an adjustable roller lever limit switch?

It is a limit switch with a lever you can set to the length you need, with a roller at the tip. The roller turns as a cam passes, which keeps friction and wear low and the trip point repeatable.

What is the difference between ME-8108L and AZ-8108?

Both are 5A IP65 mini limit switches with an adjustable roller lever. ME-8108L is Moujen, AZ-8108 is Auspicious. The AZ-8108 is currently in stock and lower priced.

Can the lever length be changed after fitting?

Yes. The lever is adjustable, so it can be set or reset to match the gap between the switch body and the moving part.

Is IP65 enough for a machine shop?

Yes. IP65 is dust tight and resists low pressure water jets, and the oil tight construction handles coolant exposure.

What does 90 degree actuator type mean?

The lever can be positioned through a 90 degree arc, so the roller can meet the target from a range of angles without moving the mounting.
