Return & Refund Policy

At Qahraba.com, we are committed to providing quality electrical products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the terms outlined below.

1. 14-Day Return Period

You may request to return eligible items within 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • Be returned in its original manufacturer's packaging.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, documentation, and any promotional items supplied with the product.
  • Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
  • Be free from signs of installation, modification, misuse, or damage.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Hassan Abbas Trading Co.


2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For safety, quality assurance, and resale reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Products that have been installed, wired, energized, commissioned, or used.
  • Products showing signs of wear, installation marks, scratches, or physical damage.
  • Products that have been modified, repaired, or altered in any way.
  • Products with missing, damaged, or defaced manufacturer labels, serial numbers, warranty stickers, or security seals.
  • Products returned without their original packaging or with incomplete accessories.
  • Custom-made, special-order, or non-stock items specifically procured for a customer.
  • Clearance, discontinued, or final sale items unless received defective or supplied incorrectly.
  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation, improper handling, misuse, overloading, unsuitable operating conditions, electrical faults, power surges, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.

3. Return Authorization

Before returning any product, you must contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Product name and quantity
  • Reason for the return
  • Photographs (where applicable)

Returns received without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is the direct result of our error, all costs associated with returning the product are the responsibility of the customer.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Return courier or shipping charges
  • Packaging costs
  • Shipping insurance (recommended)
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import/export fees where applicable

Returns resulting from our error include:

  • Incorrect item supplied
  • Product damaged during delivery
  • Manufacturing defect confirmed upon inspection

In these cases, Hassan Abbas Trading Co. will arrange a replacement or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


5. Inspection of Returned Products

Every returned item will undergo an inspection upon arrival.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if:

  • The product does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
  • The product has been installed or used.
  • The returned item is incomplete or missing components.
  • The product has been damaged due to improper handling or installation after delivery.

Where appropriate, a partial refund may be issued if the returned product is accepted but not in fully resalable condition.


6. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Unless the return is due to our error:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Any payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers may also be deducted where applicable.

7. Exchanges

We will gladly replace products that are:

  • Incorrectly supplied
  • Damaged during shipment
  • Confirmed to be defective due to a manufacturing fault

Replacement products are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • A description of the issue

Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may affect our ability to process your claim.
