The Auspicious AZ-4112 is a wheel limit switch that arrives prewired with a 2.9 metre cable already sealed into the body. There is no terminal chamber to open, no gland to fit and no cable entry to seal on site. You mount the switch, run the cable back to the panel and connect three cores, which is the whole installation.

That matters more than it sounds. On a conventional limit switch the IP rating depends on whoever closes the lid and tightens the gland. A badly fitted gland or a cross threaded cover turns an IP67 switch into a water trap. With a factory sealed cable, the seal is made in the factory and stays made, so the IP67 rating holds in rain, washdown and dusty plant regardless of how the install goes.

The roller plunger actuator takes a cam or moving part pressing down in line with the body, and the wheel turns rather than scraping, so the trip point stays consistent over long cycle counts. Contacts are wired COM, NO and NC, giving both a position signal and an interlock from one device. Ratings are AC15 at 5A 250V AC for inductive control loads such as contactor coils, and DC12 at 5A 30V DC for resistive DC circuits and PLC inputs.
