Roller Plunger Push Limit Switch 10A IP67 AZ-5102

The Auspicious AZ-5102 is a roller plunger push type limit switch. The roller sits on top of a vertical plunger, so a cam or moving part presses straight down onto it and the snap action mechanism flips the contacts at a fixed point.

Roller plunger push is the right actuator when the part comes down in line with the switch body and travel is short and repeatable. The roller turns instead of scraping, so the trip point stays consistent through long cycle counts where a plain plunger head would wear.

Rated 10A at 125 or 300V AC with 1HP switching at 250V AC, it can drive a small motor directly without a contactor. The IP67 body is dust tight and withstands temporary immersion, with oil tight construction and stainless steel internals for coolant and washdown areas.
